What we build

We work on one specific problem: most small and mid-sized companies in Egypt run their money and their stock on spreadsheets, paper books and scattered messages. That works up to a certain size and then stops working — not because the data is missing, but because there is no single version of it that everyone trusts.

So we build operational systems rather than presentation tools. The system records a transaction once, when it happens, and derives the ledgers, balances, tax position and reports from it. That is the difference between software that shows you figures you typed in twice, and a system whose figures you can defend to an auditor or a bank.

Why Arabic first

In most companies the people entering data work in Arabic, while the reports are sometimes read in English. The whole system is therefore available in both languages on the same account, with a genuine right-to-left Arabic interface, and each user switches independently. This is not a cosmetic detail: a system the data-entry staff cannot read is a system that fills up with wrong data.

How we work

We sell a subscription per system, preceded by a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card — because the only way to know whether a system fits your business is to put one real month of your own work through it. We also help with the initial setup: the chart of accounts and the opening balances, which is the part that decides whether a system actually gets used or is abandoned after a month.
